Article 1 - Introduction and Acceptance


Welcome to Ceraj. These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the Ceraj website and mobile application (the "Platform") and your purchase of any products offered through it. By browsing the Platform, registering an account, or placing an order, you confirm your full and unconditional acceptance of this Agreement, in accordance with Article 10 of the Saudi Electronic Transactions Law. If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of the Platform.


Article 2 - Definitions


  • "Store" / "Platform" means Ceraj, including its website, mobile application, and any official social media storefronts.
  • "Customer" / "you" means any person who browses, registers on, or purchases from the Platform.
  • "Products" means the perfumes, fragrances, and related items offered for sale on the Platform.
  • "Agreement" means these Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any policy referenced within them.


Article 3 - Eligibility


By using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you are using the Platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring that any purchase you make is lawful in your place of residence.


Article 4 - Account Registration


  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity carried out under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering or placing an order.
  • Ceraj reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to contain false, misleading, or fraudulent information.


Article 5 - Products, Pricing, and Availability


We make reasonable efforts to display product colours, descriptions, and images accurately; however, slight variations may occur due to screen settings or manufacturing batches. All prices are listed in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and are inclusive of applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) unless stated otherwise. Prices, offers, and product availability may change at any time without prior notice and do not affect orders already confirmed.


Article 6 - Orders and Payment


  • An order is considered confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation.
  • Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout and may include credit/debit cards, Mada, Apple Pay, and instalment providers where available.
  • Ceraj reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability, in which case a full refund will be issued.
  • A digital invoice will be issued for every completed purchase.


Article 7 - Shipping and Delivery


Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary depending on your location and courier availability. Ceraj is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, customs procedures, force majeure, or incorrect address details provided by the customer.


Article 8 - Returns and Exchanges


Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled in accordance with Ceraj's separate Return & Exchange Policy, available on the Platform, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. For hygiene reasons, opened or used fragrance products may only be returned if defective or incorrectly supplied.


Article 9 - Intellectual Property


All content on the Platform — including the Ceraj name, logo, product photography, packaging design, and written content — is the exclusive property of Ceraj and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. No part of this content may be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without prior written consent from Ceraj.


Article 10 - Prohibited Use


When using the Platform, you agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that violates public order or Sharia-compliant regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform, other users' accounts, or Ceraj's systems.
  • Upload viruses, malicious code, or engage in any activity that disrupts the Platform's operation.
  • Post false, defamatory, or infringing content in reviews or communications with Ceraj.


Article 11 - Limitation of Liability


Ceraj is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use, or inability to use, the Platform or its products, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable Saudi law. Ceraj is not responsible for losses resulting from a customer's failure to safeguard account credentials, or from third-party services (such as payment gateways or couriers) beyond our reasonable control.


Article 12 - Suspension and Termination


Ceraj reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account or access to the Platform at its discretion, without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause to believe these Terms have been violated.

Article 13 - Governing Law and Jurisdiction


This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Arabic-language version of this Agreement, where issued, shall prevail in the event of any conflict with a translated version.


Article 14 - Amendments


Ceraj may amend these Terms and Conditions or the Privacy Policy at any time. Changes take effect once published on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.


Article 15 - General Provisions


  • Should any provision of this Agreement be found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
  • All prices, promotions, and marketing offers are subject to change or discontinuation at Ceraj's discretion.
  • This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and any referenced policies, constitutes the entire understanding between Ceraj and the customer.
